Pilates
for Teens - The Fun Way to
Workout with Friends
Pilates
is a great way to motivate teens to get their bodies moving, learn
about correct posture and
have fun with friends. We have started a new class for teens on
Saturdays at 12:30 PM to
build strength and endurance, create postural awareness and to enhance
any sports activity.
Participants are welcome to try the class on a drop-in basis
before committing to a class package.

Happy Hour Anyone?
We appreciate that the studio can
be crowded during peak hours and are pleased to introduce two Happy Hour Pilates classes, Tuesdays at at 1:30 PM with Heather
and at 6:30 PM with Jan.
Experience the calm of the studio during these hours and get a discount on class
price. What could be more motivating than that?
Happy Hour classes incorporate Mat and Allegro exercises for
a vigorous workout. Call the studio for class bookings and
